I took the car to the ford for a warranty service and on that occasion I told him that every now and then the abs light comes on. They found the trouble code and kept the car there for two days to diagnose. They returned the car to me and told me that the "control unit" had been updated. The error is still present in forscan and does not go away. I had thought of buying the ucds software to try to solve it but apparently they of the ford succeed. Now I don't know with what excuse to bring it back and leave it for a few days and then collect it as before .. mine is a ford focus active 2021

If it's an active fault you can't clear it, or if you do it will come straight back again.

Take it back to the dealers and tell them the fault still exists.

HI, Found this online while I was struggling with this error on My car. Seems like there is nothing to worry about.

it Says "Some 2018-2021 EcoSport vehicles may have diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U0155 stored in the ABS module. This DTC will not cause observable conditions or warning indicators for the customer. If this DTC is detected while diagnosing unrelated conditions, it should be disregarded."

Instead, I think it's a broken wire or a problem with the ipc and abs module. It is not explained why the same car model with similar characteristics does not have this dtc error. Next week I'm in ford for the coupon and I will fight for this error to be examined and both the dashboard and the ABS central unit to be replaced. We are always talking about a control unit that controls the car's brakes and if it has a failure to communicate with another module there could be problems for personal safety and for others. I have a ford focus active 2021, I tried in every way with forscan (by loading the modified asbuilt, resetting the abs and ipc module, also disconnecting the abs control unit) and this error does not go away. I'll keep you up-to-date

Good day. I also own a 2021 Ford Focus Active and have this error. Were you able to resolve this issue?
