Function for 2008-2010 FG has being successfully tested (confrimed as working by 2 testers) and will be included in the nearest release (2.3.23). So we guess the issue is closed. Function for FG Mk2 is not developed yet but will do.

Hi i am not able to run Pats on my 2010 fg1
I changed BEM and was wondering if there's a way to program a new BEM step by step
Any help would be appreciated

Hi, I'm trying to program an szii diesel territory sold in Australia. It is hard to get accurate information

They say it's 2012 and needs online incode

I have cwp2 which is old type and it fails and says incorrect code

When I use vxdiag it asks for username password and nhtsa LIC

I see people have had success with forscan but I can't see the option on forscan

Should it show greyed out without extended lic

AFAIK, it can't be done on the SZII but I could be wrong. If you're going to have any chance, you'll nee the extended licence. Not sure why you'd think it might be possible without it.

PATS Changed September 2010 . Even with IDS you need dealership logon to achieve PATS. I know Forscan is working on it but the encryption coding has doubled in size . There was a rumour Ford was going to release the codes to snap on but haven't seen this happen yet and no more talk about it .

If you've got a paid extended licence, message FORScan support directly with your needs & offer to assist. If you don't, buy one, they're cheap.
I believe the problem with FGII PATS programming may be with the incode/outcode calculator but could be wrong.
They are currently assisting me with a FGI that would randomly immobilise & when we tried a parameter reset, it completely immobilised. We couldn't get to do a parameter reset successfully using the current or previous versions. They have been great, sending test versions & we have it running again.
It will be taken for a proper drive after work today to see if it's also solved the original issue or if there's still going to be random immobilisation.

UPDATE to my previous post
FORScan have implemented a fix for FG1 PATS programming where they go into a partial immobilisation. With lot's of praise to the FORScan Team, we have successfully programmed this problematic FGI XR8. It's been on several drives now without a problem. FORScan have identified a bug that stops the Ford factory equipment from being able to reprogram a FG1 that's partially immobilised....It might explain why FG PCM's & Clusters along with keys, BEM get sent to Injectronics when this happens.

The update will be included in their next release.
