Ive flashed my BCM from the factory calibration level BCJ to the newest available calibration level BJC. Ive used ForScan 2.4.7 Beta.

Flashing without problems, all files correct - ForScan Support checked it.

This took about 2-3 Minutes with the OBDEx Adapter. So not very long. A battery charger is recommended, just in case.

After Flashing it is a normal procedere to load and rewrite the asbuilt to initialize every block in the module.

The tricky thing was that the configuration of the BCM changed in 2 blocks and 1 block was added. So with my old original asbuilt I wasnt able to initialize the new and changed block.

The ForScanteam emulated my new BCM Asbuilt with FDRS and the new AsBuilt is saved on the motorcraft site. With the new Asbuilt I was able to initialize all blocks correctly.

U2100 and U2101 are gone, everythings working correctly.

I also flashed my RGTM Modul to the latest calibration. I admit: Just to see what happens..

All files flashed - loading and rewrite factory asbuilt to initialize every block - NO DTCS. Flashing completed. So it looks like not every modul changes the asbuilt when the calibration level was flashed to a newer version.

So I already flashed two modules, BCM and RGTM successfully with ForScan to the latest calibration.

BCM took 2-3 Minutes and RGTM maybe 1-2 Minutes.

As these are short in time I took the risk.

Something like a TCU flashing - takes some hours - I honestly wouldnt do with ForScan and visit Ford. It would be to risky in my opinion

Hello, i have the same car model/engine/year, calibration and strategy is the same.
I download AsBuild in 2023, compare with the one i have original since 2019, only 1 change

726-02-01 1C1C, 0909, 00011100 00011100 00001001 00001001 00001100 - 2019
726-02-01 0707, 0909, 00000111 00000111 00001001 00001001 00001100 - 2023

Only that block change, nothing add, my question is, where did you get the AsBuild "the new AsBuilt is saved on the motorcraft site"

My two last blocks are
726-27-08
and
726-250-01

Thank you for any help

Hi, I need to flash RGTM to the latest calibration as well. Where did you get the calibration files from?

Thanks in advance

ForScan Beta showed me the files and I flashed it.
