I have problem with Clutch learning. Full repair, new clutch and many other things, try with two different valve body (both fully working after repair), and every time procedure is interrupted after Clutch Boost Learn. Revs go to 5000 (not to 3000 as usual). Try different FORScan versions too. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Hello, did you ever get a fix? i have the same problem with the rpm in boost, only i get the tc p0949-00 2f thanks john

Sorry, still have problem. I found that my EGR is turned off with software, but not sure if this can cause problem with clutch learning. Will try to upload original software and try again with learning.

Hello

I have a problem with "Clutch System Learn" procedure. I did everything as described, but it fails at "Clutch Ventilation Learn". Has anyone experienced anything like this before? What should I do now?

Thank you

Try deleting the profile from forscan and I was running into this problem and that's how I solved

The profile is stored as a code in the default users or {your user name} Appdata\Roaming\ FORScan\vehicles Folder
You can delete the entire ForScan folder, on restart it makes another virgin one

That is unless you have a problem with the powershift transmission... I was also getting this error but looking on YouTube I noticed that the engine doesn't go over 3000 rpm but on mine it accelerates to full throttle.

Delayed reply, Yes i found the solution. The previous repair shop had put the clutch in incorrectly. They re did the job and had no further problems with clutch sequence.

Hello,
I have a problem with my Powershift 6DCT450 on my Mondeo mk4 2013. 5000km after changing the oil and filter it worked normally. Then it started shaking when changing gears or drastically changing revs because it shifted into the wrong gear, especially between third and fourth gear. Then it goes to Transmission limited mode. After resetting the module and clutch system and gear selector, by Forscan, it works perfectly but only for one day and then it starts again with the same problem.
The repairmen at the local garages immediately say without any consideration that the plastics, springs and everything else are broken and that everything must be changed, and the authorized servicemen only need to replace the entire transmission without repairing the old one.
To me, it is indicative that after the reset everything is fine and only after a day it goes back to the old way. In my opinion, this indicates that the problem is in something else and not in the mechanical part.
Does anyone have a similar experience?

try
removing the battery cable 10 min = reset PCM
after that, TCM will start learning again
