One more time > The screen captures with: Scans, Faults and the Modules Tab offer detailed information about a specific model.

Please don't tell me you opened the Hybrid battery to test the cells.

I did as you suggested and opened the Bdycm configuration. There are 3 lines that mention "battery".
Battery Monitoring System - LIN
Battery Target State of Charge, % - 80
Battery Type - Varta 60ah 520CCA

The actual battery in the vehicle is a Fomoco 590 CCA T5. There is no selection in the list for a 590 CCA T5. Only a 590 T6. I left this alone.
I changed the % state of charge to 85 just to see if it makes any difference. After I drive the car a bit today, I'll run Forscan again and check the hybrid battery cell voltages and see if there is any difference. Right now all 72 cells are reading 3.6v +- .02v.
The Battery Monitoring System I left alone since the only other selection I did not recognize.

I also checked every other module that had a configuration file (Not AS BUILT configurations) just to see if any had a reference to the hybrid battery age. Unfortunately, none did.

So I'm still searching for where to find the hybrid battery age as the earlier hybrid Fusions and MKZ's had in the BECM configuration file. As previously mentioned, this 2019 MKZ hybrid's BECM module does not have a configuration file.

Attached is the screen shot of the Bdycm configuration referencing the battery.
PHOTO REMOVED. SNIPIT ADDED IN LATER POST.

And no, I did not open the hybrid battery to test the cells. If you go back to my very first post, the BECM module has a line which tests the battery cells. That's where I got the voltage readings.

Follow those instructions.
https://forscan.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=24526

Also follow these instructions.

Take screen images of the entire BdyCM Programming screen starting from the top and to the bottom.
There will be several images

I've requsted this document to be read and use the tools supplied by windows to capture screen images.
https://forscan.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=24526

We need to see how this vehicle is built and what is accessible. This is part of the requirement to find the needed controller to adjust.

Ford Fussion HEV has these configurations, look for yours if possible.

On the Configuration and Programming tab, highlight the "BECM Module Configuration" > click it.
Next in this section may be able to see:
Config battery age
Config battery end of life counter
Config charge since rebalance
Config hybrid battery / state of charge
Config hybrid battery state of charge 2

This is the one in interest "Config battery age" and not in the BdyCM. The configuration you've posted is for the service battery.

If not, search relevant controllers that may hold "Config battery etc. etc."

BECM > Special functions > BECM (Battery Energy Control Module) Cell Voltage
You've mentioned this, take a screen image of the voltages in all cell arrangements.

Sir,as previously mentioned, the BECM module does not have a configuration file. If it did, be assured I would not have belabored the subject on this forum.

And as previously stated, I went thru every single module that had a configuration file. Not one of them listed anything that even comes close to mentioning Battery or Battery Age

I've seen the Fusion HEV configuration files. The battery age was listed in the BECM module configuration file and all the posts related to this were on older Fusions and MKZ's. And the posts showing the configuration files, particularly the Battery Age, do no exist on this vehicle. This is a 2019 (FWIW) hybrid.

You asked for the EV battery voltages. Attached is the log file showing all 72 cells' battery voltages.

I will go back and retake all 13 screen shots using Snipit of the BdyCM module since I guess my photos weren't satisfactory.
