Re: 2019 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid BECM configuration
I may have found one of my problems. I have an ELM327 adapter with the manual HS/MS switch. Take a look at the attached snipit of the initial scan. Note line 5. I didn't recognize this earlier. So before we go any further, let me apologize for possibly wasting your time. I ordered the one you recommended in your post, the OBDLink EX FORScan OBD Adapter. It will be here tomorrow. I'll run everything again using the new adapter and see what happens and let you know.

OK, run the same test again. Capture what is recommended so the entire vehicle network can be recorded.
Use the link to capture the needed screens when the scan is performed.

I have read those older posts many times and have collected many copies and agree, there is something different between yours and the older models.
Your test "BECM Show Battery Cell Voltages has been started" looks normal. but will see what the new scan records and look deeper into specific control modules.
There may also be time spent to find out if the is a Lincoln update for this specific issue. I have found some but don't fit.

The image is from your battery test and converted to an excel file. Differences are minimal.

Re: 2019 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid BECM configuration
I ran the scans with the new OBDII EX adapter. Unfortunately, nothing different. Faster speed though. I'm including all the new Snipits.
The initial scan 1 & 2, the Configuration and Programming 1,2,3,4, BdyCM Configuration 1 - 13, BECM Battery Voltage Test log file (.txt) and lastly the BECMB module AS BUILT configuration. There is no BECMB configuration file other than AS BUILT. I also looked at every Configuration file available. Not AS BUILT. Unfortunately there was not a single entry in any of them that even resembles or references the hybrid or HV battery.
The 1st 10 Snipits are attached.

And the last group of Snipits. Comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Re: 2019 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid BECM configuration
Go back to FORScan and capture all the data PIDs for the BECMB and BECM.
Record all the data PIDs at idle speed.
It appears that Lincoln may not have added / included the adaptation for the Hybrid battery compared to the older Hybrid models.
Also, ask the dealer is there is a flash update. What I found does not address your particular issue.
The curiosity is the As-Built for the BECMB and BECM, at the moment, there are no defined descriptions for each line.
Save the original BECMB and BECM As-Built in a folder (name them), but also post them here.
Send your VIN to private messaging.
Found was: BECMB (Battery energy control module B)
"The Battery Energy Control Module (BECMB) provides battery voltage to the Restraints Control Module (RCM) and Occupant Classification System Module (OCSM). The BECMB compares HS-CAN1 messages to ignition voltage inputs. If the status of the HS-CAN1 message and the voltage input do not match, the BECMB sets a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC). A fault is indicated when the hard-wired ignition input to the BECMB is inactive, but the BECMB receives an ignition status on the HS-CAN1 that contradicts the hard-wired input status."

Example of a TSB
It may not fit the model year but at least ask the dealer.
Use this document as a guide, not a cure.

There is no AS BUILT configuration for the BECM. Only the BECMB. I’ll see what I can get from the dealer.

Re: 2019 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid BECM configuration
Dealer says there are no TSB's or updates for the BECM. The implied "message" I got was they are not really willing to provide much help, period.
