I don't have any item with this name in any module :-(. Only in IPC hood switch, but it does nothing even when it is enable or disable. I'm already frustrated

Do you have a hood switch? If not, you must install one before remote start will work. The wiring and connector should be there, in the front left corner of the engine compartment, possibly taped back to a wiring harness.

and what does the switch look like? I couldn't find anything through Google. Where would I find it in the engine compartment? I'm sorry, but I'm a layman. It's a pity that there is no mention of this anywhere in the manuals, that the remote start does not work without a switch. It is strange that such a switch would not already be factory-built for a car at such a price.

The only info I have is for a 2016. I'll assume it's the same as 2017. The hood ajar switch is part of the hood latch and not serviceable separately. If you have the perimeter anti-theft alarm you've got the switch. The reason the hood switch must work is so that the car can't be remote started with the hood open.

It looks like all Edge have the switch. Switch connector circled. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Did you follow all the steps mentioned here?
Did you replace the RTM?
Did you enable Hood Switch in BCM?
Did you enable remote start in FCIM & SCCM?

Note: your Edge is a EU model, that could also be an issue. It is diesel, right? Auto or Manual? That could also be an issue.
