FORScan won't run on Windows 10/11 with Bitdefender installed

[FORScan]

We have several complaints from our users on Windows 10/11. They claim that FORScan stopped to work after last Windows update. Further investigations show that all of these users have Bitdefender that prevent FORScan from running, for whatever reason. It is weird because we check every FORScan release with multiple anti-virus software and last v2.3.58 release has no false positive with any anti-virus software, including Bitdefender.

Solution: add FORScan to the full exemption list of the Bitdefender.

i cant seem to figure out how to add it to the security for bitdefender
but we are having teh same struggle, we can not get it to load the program something is blocking it

any help please
