Unable to identify the vehicle

Hi. Got 2012 Ford Taurus SHO tried connect it's asking me for STRATEGY code from pcm also it says "Unable to identify the vehicle". Connected the autel and reads the vin and everything. Any solutions will greatly appreciated.

Enter the strategy code from the PCM as instructed

I have the same issue - and put in the strategy code from a save picture I gave my tuner - he didnt block my ability to see it - I asked him - however even when I enter the correct strategy code - it wont accept it.

If you have a saved profile, you can usually connect using this profile.
If you don't have a saved profile, reset to stock using the SCT. Connect to the car & save profile.
Reflash with the SCT & connect to the car using the saved profile.
