I was able to program the 3rd key with the 4 buttons to the car (2017 Ford Galaxy 2.0TDci automatic EU, Hungary) (I ordered this aftermarket key: CN18093 HS7T-15K601-ED, saying 433.92MHz FSK. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002630590761.html).
The car recognizes the new key when the key is in the programming slot, and the MyKey in the "left speedometer menu" shows that I have 3 keys, but the remote buttons do not work at all (lock, unlock, tailgate, remote start). The two original keys work as the should.
I did the changes only in IPC and BCM to enable RS, and I enabled RS in the speedometer menu as well.

The original key is HS7T-15K601-DC. Etis says that the is frequency - 433MHZ.

Does anyone have any ideas what else should I do?
Did I choose a key with a bad frequency?

Most RKEs operate at a frequency of 315 MHz for North America-made cars and at 433.92 MHz for European, Japanese and Asian cars.
Measure your existing keys to match.

I went to a car key replace guy to ask about the frequencies. A light blinked for both the new and the old remote in his testing tool and he said both of them operate at 433MHz. I asked aboid the 434 variant and frequency differences. He said it does not matter, but he was not able to show me the frequency as a single number like in the recommended videos. He also said that for programming a key to a car I need special programmer tool, he did not believe me I just followed fordsmax471's instructions.

I try to go to an other key-guy to check the base frequency of the remotes - as shown in the linked video(s).

Remote start the car ( Ford S-Max 2.0 TDCi 2017 PowerShift )

4Button Remote smart Key 433 or 434 MHZ DS7T-15K601-EF (please see ford etis )

guide for Ford S-Max mk2
To activate Remote Start, first you need a new key fob with start button (part # DS7T-15K601-EF for S-Max mk2 with 434 MHz).

:!: Note ! remove the metal blanks from the keys, the car doors are closed and the handbrake deactivated.

Programming keys
Determine the backup slot of the passive key
 Place the first programmed key in the backup slot. Press the START / STOP button.
Wait for 4-5 seconds, then press the START / STOP button.
Extract the first programmed passive key.

 Within 5 seconds, place the second programmed passive key in the backup slot, then press the START / STOP button.
Wait for 4-5 seconds, then press the STOP-STOP button.
Extract the second programmed key.

 Within 5 seconds, place the unprogrammed passive key in the backup slot and press the START / STOP button.

Car doors lock and opened, lights blink
Congratulations on your new key being programmed !!! :)

Now use Forscan to change the asbuilt-data

BCM module- configuration parameters
• Remote start - enable

IPC module - configuration parameters
• Remote start - enable
• Remote start - climate settings- enable
• Remote start - front seat- enable (optional)
• Remote start - rear defrost – enable (optional)
• Remote start - steering feel – enable (optional)

some guides recommend
RTM module - configuration parameters
don't change anything :!: ( old keys can also be used in the future )

After re-reading the whole forum topic to find a solution, finally I solved (partially) my problem by changing RTM module AsBuilt value 751-01-01 to x2xx xxxx. The solution is partial, as the new 4 button remote works as expected, but the 2 original keys don't work anymore as remote, as others mentioned before:

The operating distance is under investigation, the current maximum is 50m, having only vegetation in the line of sight to the car.
