Turns out you were correct! I flashed the pcm with the wrong hardware and have been chasing the issue with this engine swap for about a month. In my ignorance, I didn't save the original calibration files for the pcm I purchased so I was wondering if you could help me find them for a 6C3A-12A650-DGB. I don't have the VIN for the vehicle this pcm came from but it was a 2006MY F-Series Super Duty with a 3v V10. Any help would be appreciated!oldtinfords wrote: Tue Oct 10, 2023 7:40 pmHere's a bit more info so you can make a decision on whether or not to try TBFE3R4 (6U7A-12A650-HBA). Make sure the hardware type is right along with everything else. With the current info provided, I couldn't even guess if ica's suggestion is even remotely close to being right of if it'll just brick the PCM.ica wrote: Tue Oct 10, 2023 10:12 amtry TBFE3R4Brananimal wrote: Mon Oct 09, 2023 8:54 pm Can anyone help me find calibration files for 6C2A-12A650-SC?

If you saved the vehicle profile, it'll show the strategy. This is required to find the file you need. All these other numbers are listed in the file hex but without opening thousands of files, it's near impossible, unless someone happens to recognise it from their own vehicle. A screenshot of module configuration screen with all the modules listed will provide this.Brananimal wrote: Thu Nov 30, 2023 11:53 pm Forgot to include this in my previous post, the batch code for my pcm is UGK1 and hardware no. is VK2-C3694. Hope these help with the search. For future reference, how is everyone finding these calibration files? I've tried Motorcraft's website for multiple different strategies and it's very hit or miss whether or not it downloads the files.
Sadly I didn't save the vehicle profile either. I searched through my log folder and it didn't display the original strategy or even the full VIN of the vehicle. Guess I'm stuck hoping someone else has the files or buying an identical pcm to retrieve the files from it.oldtinfords wrote: Fri Dec 01, 2023 7:55 amIf you saved the vehicle profile, it'll show the strategy.
