Hi,
we're a lot of people with the same isue in my19 and my20... IPC module is "untouchable" for now.
Waiting a Forscan update or some other solution for this.

 IF THE MODULE UPDATE FAILED :!:
.
note :!: who does not use the battery charger and does not make a backup cannot help

but here he is:
 the adapter was els27v3 STN1170 Ver3.3.1, we wanted to update it latest Version 5.0.0 release date: January 8, 2020 but it failed (don't know why yet) :( but this is a separate issue.
 we used FORScan software 2.4.0 date 20200114
 older car profile which showed a dead IPC module ( so we always make backups 8-) )
 car profile file location C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\FORScan\vehicles
 the same module software that was originally in the figure no.3
 and settings FORCE PROGRAM in the figure no.4
 we adjusted the forscan connection settings all auto and auto-increase
 we setup the OBD adapter baud rate 38400bps and FDTi dariver settings latency timer =1
 battery charger 6amps ( good is 8-12amps )
 after a successful upgrade load As Built original *AB factory configuration (download for Motorcraft site by VIN) write All (all blocks!) to the module. (optional-because the latest version does it automatically)
