My live readings are all within it the ranges.
The wrench light will come on and trigger within driving 3 miles at 70 mph at 45°F

How about a sweet hood scoop mod to channel some air strategically?
Any chance the trans cooler lines in the radiator are picking up the engine coolant heat since that's running in the 180s on highway drives?
Edit: I looked at the radiator parts breakdown & previous messages to realize the radiator runs the 2 coolant systems. Nothing for the trans fluid like a typical vehicle.

Outside temp didn't dissuade the wrench light today. Outside temp near zero today & light popped within 5 minutes of highway driving.

How much did your dealer charge for the tab?

Does anyone have the procedure for bleeding the secondary coolant system? I used to have it, but can't find it. I know you have to loosen the 12 mm bolt on the inverter, but don't remember if you have to have the engine running or not.

They charged me $100 out the door.
You'll need the motor running to get the coolant to push the air pockets outJrpavv wrote: Fri May 21, 2021 5:34 pm Does anyone have the procedure for bleeding the secondary coolant system? Re: P0A7C criteria PCM parameter / wrench light?
It's one of 3 things for sure. Probably a combination of 1 and 2.
1. Air in coolant. Only thing I haven't tried is a vacuum fill.
2. Transmission fluid getting too hot. 2013+ Fusion hybrids added a small transmission cooler.... suspicious...
3. Faulty inverters (unlikely, and let's hope not)
Even though I don't own the car anymore, I still have access to it. I've been brainstorming a transmission cooler idea that I'll give a shot as soon as I get some time to do it. Money's been tight so it's been pretty low on my priorities list.

It's just crazy how city driving. At much higher temps it doesn't trigger that light. Highway driving at 90 plus weather will trigger in 10 mins.
At this point from what I see I doubt even dealer can fix issue
